I actually wrote an Excel macro to pull down the HUD properties every day in my target counties, then check the bidding results .  

It's not the part-timers who are quitting but those who sought a full-time career in real estate.The article suggests that while some agents may struggle to make ends meet, those who excel will endure.

I think everyone is always happier when excel spreadsheets is not their whole world.
