Some lenders might evaluate the same deal differently.

Gross profit is interesting because it appears to just be the difference in his acquisition and sales price and fails to take into account the other obvious cost of running that business which includes, again according to him, the cost of over 26,000 letter print, mail, post, and the cost of the lists needed to create a mailer of that size. 

I have researched the different kinds of loans for this but I would love to speak with any lenders or other investors in this area. 

Jonathan We have similar views but a completely different execution strategy.

Every investor  has a different risk tolerance, comes from a different financial situation and has different financial goals.

I've also been looking at some turnkey properties and still research on different areas.

They need to be owned by a different entity, such as an LLC.  

Somehow they bury bad reviews on google with great reviews.For clarity, I own DealMachine (not batchleads... totally different companies).

This seems beneficial in your case where you're dealing with various different cleaners cleaning your property throughout the month.
