it's become a lot of house for just me (even though I still love it) and I'm thinking about buying a smaller 2/2 townhouse and  renting my house as:1) Full rental totally unfurnished2) Full rental partially furnished (two beds upstairs, living room, and dining room furniture included in rent)3) Other options I haven't thought ofI don't want to sell it, but it is about 2,300 square feet of house.Any suggestions??

Was think of opening up the room near the kitchen to make it a open space living/dining area and then have 2br small as opposed to no living area n 3 small brs.

The living room and formal dining rooms are very large, creating a great space for guests or family.

It's not the most elegant but its very easy to maintain. 

I rented the upstairs which is main floor of living room, dining room and kitchen.  

I will replace all flooring with LVP, add a wall + closet to create additional room where the dining room is located for a total of 6 bedrooms. repaint all walls.What was the outcome?

Some places have a living room/family room/dining room which can be converted to an extra room (depending on lots of variables)
