Which would provide better return and be more attractive
My rental is near Temple University on susqhenna. Currently setup as 3br, but they are all small rooms. Was think of opening up the room near the kitchen to make it a open space living/dining area and then have 2br small as opposed to no living area n 3 small brs. Would like some feedback on if that be more attractive to students n others?
