How is it investing in NOVA?

Does anyone know of any in the NOVA area that I could connect with or find out how to go about locating one?

So far I've been looking to do the long distance thing in Nova Scotia, primarily in a town just outside of Halifax named Dartmouth (also trying to decide if going into the US is an option but that double taxation thing is rough).All that being said, I look forward to being more active with you guys.

There are lots of U.S.A. residents with ocean front summer homes along the cost line of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.It will be more expensive - real estate prices are significantly higher here than much of your domestic market - but at the moment you could convert currency and capture a 25-27% gain.The Windsor corridor probably makes the most sense for you, but if you decided you would like to look down east, let me know and I'll see if I can help.

So if you are, in fact, looking for an investment property then no VA, USDA, or anything like that can be used. 

Hey all, I'm in NoVa and have been for 30yrs.

If the contracter is from DC, MoCo, Nova then they are likely to be on the high side.

I've lived and still have family in NoVa, but the contracting game is similar.

No voice mail (if I can help it) and no VA.
