Passing the CPA is about discipline.

BTW, each of those three disciplines should be in separate companies anyway (and in different entity types, e.g. sole proprietorship, S Corp, and LLC respectively) and anyone with real experience you talk to will see that 'confusion' right away.

Put that legal discipline into creating systems and you can do really well in RE.

I use a risk management spreadsheet that I created that helps me stay disciplined while I am so eager to continue to grow.

Always keeping this in mind helps me stay focused, and disciplined on when and how I use other peoples money to be sure I not only wont loose money but will always return it with more. 

Most people see that it looks easy because they watch some TV show, but don't realize that to be successful you have to discipline yourself with a work schedule and have a tremendous work ethic.

Motivation is fickle, discipline is constant. 

It also takes some extreme discipline to make a strategy like that work. 

Consistency and discipline in bookkeeping helps , in case you get audited for any reason by IRS.

Most people don't have the unrelenting patience and discipline to move through the lifestyle journey that being an investor and entrepreneur requires.
