Looking for Private Lenders

Good morning Everyone!!! We are just starting out, and would like to see if there are great people to help with questions. We were referred to this great forum. We think it's awesome! So say for instance, we would like to find a private lender before finding the deal

Is that possible? Or should we find the deal first?

@Adrienne Greer I think it's awesome that your find BP to assist in your start up! If you are wholesaling you don't need a private lender. Just simply get the property under contract and assign that contract to your cash buyer. The only time you will need funds would be to do a double close. There are leaders who loan transactional funds for just a couple hours.

Good Luck!
