NOT good news as the city tore many abandoned buildings down.Why were they abandoned?

By 2021 it was front page news. 

For investors who may look to diversify their portfolio or who are not 100% in the camp of ( if it does not cash flow its not an investment) or appreciation  is ( gambling) if you have been following the Chips Act news this is going to create a lot  of path of progress opportunities for investors.

My properties are in the double digits and still generating high incomes. 

Also, I reviewed Google News to find new development projects since I sought appreciation over cash flow. 

Military, government workers, families relocating or displaced due to a tragedy, students traveling for internships, and digital nomads are all different customers who need temporary furnished housing. 2.

I thought owner-occupied Notes were trading well, but had double digit yields. 

All the other years were single digits and there were 6 years were the inflation rate was less than 3%, and 18 years where the inflation rate was between 3% and 7.6%  I copied the numbers exactly for BLS, and you can "trust but verify" by taking the time to look up yourself before saying your government stats are wrong.
