I’m worried about the appraisal not approving the 3rd home that needs work, and hoping a desktop appraisal would be ordered but not sure because it’s a unique property.  

I also tried with Brightstar Credit Union locally but their appraisal came back too low (desktop versus in person so my rehab updates weren't considered).

And it was explained how, if I were very computer savvy, I could probably build my own CRM and where to look for all of the data.  

Get out from behind the computer.

Some accountant determines the rates based on risk and the computer just spits out numbers. 

Lets say you have Podio pulled up on your computer and you cold call 10 different leads. 5 went to voicemail, 2 say no and 3 say maybe.

Some use an appraiser who will do an indepth process, look inside and out, run comps etc. while many others use Desktop Underwriting and don't see the inside. 

@James Hughes Hey James, I am studying Computer Science at Fsu, and would love to work with you to make a program free of charge to send out mass e-mails, text messages etc... should be really easy as long as a file is given with the names and numbers.

If you just want money to make money, learn to be a day trader so you never have to leave the computer screen. 

My question is should we buy some office materials like computers and desks to help lower the taxes that we owe?
