Just wonder if PM can decline an application without any reason and it will not against the law.

@Shay Singh Be careful about leveraging especially if you believe the market is going to decline in the next 5 years. 

Often, these are homes bought in declining areas / lower middle class income areas. 

Consequently, a loss from the sale of converted property is allowed only to the extent the property has declined in value following the conversion and taking into account any depreciation allowed or allowable.Your Numbers. 

@Joshua Mayo,Something most folks don't consider is that credit scores get you DECLINED.

I do not think my market will have much of a decline, but just leveling off and making sellers more reasonable would be nice.

My fear is that the markets here are so overheated we may see a flattening of appreciation if not an outright decline.

I then asked for the wholesaler to send me a copy of the purchase contract that I was being assigned to, but she refused and told me that she had just accepted a higher offer anyway, and so my offer was now being declined.
