If it is a primary residence, it is over 1.5% higher.If you are looking for a DSCR loan, that pricing is in line.Pricing is also determined by more than just your credit score so I am basing this off a cookie-cutter scenario.Hope this helps!

Is it truly a cookie-cutter project, or do you want say in paint, light fixtures, framing, etc.Larger builders have less variability because they have systems and processes in place for hiring, building and management, but if you've ever bought a brand-new build you know that there are still defects, problems and variability in the final product.Hope that makes sense.

This easily cost me $500k.I was buying a pair of cookie cutter homes in the neighborhood. 1900-2100sf, couple years old, like new, etc etc.
