If it is a primary residence, it is over 1.5% higher.If you are looking for a DSCR loan, that pricing is in line.Pricing is also determined by more than just your credit score so I am basing this off a cookie-cutter scenario.Hope this helps!

I have been to Taylor Morrison, classica Homes,  and I like the build quality but I really don't like the lot sizes and how cookie cutter it can get.

I believe this was due to the fact that it would not let me edit the description, so i couldn't add any flare. just pictures and a bunch of cookie cutter information.

Just a quick surface tour on Google Maps shows tons of units that look are cookie cutter of what I'm looking to buy.  

Just remember your time is more valuable than chasing a low cost cookie cutter PMCs.

Is it truly a cookie-cutter project, or do you want say in paint, light fixtures, framing, etc.Larger builders have less variability because they have systems and processes in place for hiring, building and management, but if you've ever bought a brand-new build you know that there are still defects, problems and variability in the final product.Hope that makes sense.

This easily cost me $500k.I was buying a pair of cookie cutter homes in the neighborhood. 1900-2100sf, couple years old, like new, etc etc.
