The experience isn't matching up here.Also, you would not want to put a trailer park or multifamily apartment complex right next to county magistrate building.

All that being said, there is enough complexity in the tax sale process that title insurers see these properties as too risky to insure without a quiet title.A local real estate attorney like @Sam Bagwell would probably have some good war stories.

To me, there's no comparison when it comes to complexity and required involvement between the two.

If you don't like bookkeeping ( and it sounds like you don't), you're probably going to find QB overly complex.

Unit billing can become a bit complex, but will probably pay for itself easily in increased rent you can ask.

Permitted works costs more than unpermitted work and they will get quotes and be sold by the tradesperson that you do not need to have someone licensed do this, this is easy work and the permit is meant for more complex work....
