Hey guys,Im looking for someone to do the tiling for out bathrooms, Anyone you recommend? 

(Two tenants Section 8). 3 units have been updated w tile and paint.

Tiled backsplash in kitchen and added all new stainless steel appliances.

Any investor-friendly (good pricing, contractor cash accounts with discounted pricing, etc) supplier recommendations for various materials (flooring, tile, stone, countertop materials, hardscaping, lumber, windows, fixtures, roofing materials, etc) is greatly appreciated!

And the homes if you choose like i do  Stucco  tile roof less than 20 years old A B class you can actually self manage those from San Jose.so thats another option to explore.. dont just let price dictate and for sure dont go chasing Bps  that will come back to bite you.PS Steve is one switch on smart landlord I would read as many of his posts as possible from the owner do it yourself angle..  

So far as I am told the tenant broke the soap dish tray off of the tiled shower wall and notified the seller in June 2020.

I've got a property closing mid-August, so plenty of lead time, and it's a more or less light renovation, kitchen cabinets, some tile, a little bit of work on the bathrooms, etc (with the exception of some foundation stuff, luckily Rick above recommended someone for that already) and in Beacon Hill.

Ask about drain tile, sump pumps and what type of sewer line it is.

So for hours water rained down, damaging the living room ceiling, carpet / padding - and drained down to the basement, damaging the drop ceiling tiles, insulation and more carpet / padding.

For the bathroom, I am still seeing a lot of variations on white tiles.
