I love the color you used on the walls going up stairs, if you don't mind me asking what is the name of the color and brand?  

Hello,Here's the vinyl plank flooring we have put into a couple of rentals so far- for an top of the stairs landing in a common area and a studio apartment.http://www.congoleum.com/productdetails/ES086It looks beautiful and seems pretty durable, and it is very easy to install.  

Even on top of a solid plywood subfloor and concrete cement board, porcelain tile will crack if something heavy is dropped on it, like a can of food.

Grinder with lots of pads to hit stairs all missed spots and edges.

I will be very pleasantly surprised if I show up on the 15th and they are out and there isn't cement in the pipes.

They'll also make sure all gutter leaders are connected, sidewalks and outdoor stairs are in good condition.  

Also go out to some of the past jobs they've done if you can, to see the quality of their landscape and cement work.

I have jacked several homes and, labour wise, far easier than digging.Take out the stairs.

Pergo and such is not an option; there is too much cement work required.

So heres my situation.I don't have a mortgage or rent to pay and I have found a property thats in a good area and is a pretty good house. 3 bedroom really 4 but wold make the 4th a bathroom I think its down stairs and theres no bathroom down stairs.
