The article has some great graphs that are informative as they illustrate the housing price trends of 7 major metropolitan areas in the US, including the San Francisco Bay Area over a 20+ year period.

While certainly not as extreme as the examples in the article you shared, I've seen condo owners in many states hit with special assessments. 

I did listen to a couple of Seth's podcast, but I learned most of the things that I needed by reading his blog.  

No new year resolution this time, but I will have a todo list instead. 2023 was not how I wanted it to be, now that my back is kind of back against the wall (money running low) I hope I can finally get myself into the action mode this year.Thank you for tuning into my blog!
