PM’s like you love to talk about Transparency and integrity but are just the opposite and are more smoke and mirrors than anything worthy.More than likely you haven’t even placed a section 8 tenant in years nevermind appealed, disputed or challenged the section 8 rent that was initially approved in order to get even higher section 8 rent and maximize the rent as we do with many of our properties and those properties we deliver to our clients.I really dont even have anymore time for this with players like you but what I do know is what we are delivering to our clients as well as our section 8 tenants day in and day out, case in by case out, and the one thing we realized a long time ago is that every case is unique and there are always exceptions with the right checks and balances.

that works and sounds like they are small balance loans.. so just make sure you keep cash available to pay them off if they are called.. you dont want to bugger your credit with a default .. only way to keep that from happening is to stroke a check.. wraps are great if your properly capitalized.

You definitely don't want to be in a situation where your mortgage balance is higher than what the lender will finance you based on the new appraisal

You will just need to make sure you are able to qualify for a refinance depending on the loan balance to payoff your parents  

There are PLENTY of them.That will give you a much more balanced view of the S8 program and whether it may or may not make sense for you and your wife.

It takes a couple times to get your balance down, but I can literally go for over an hour where I can't go for more than 30 minute watching tv.Madden keeps me excited and completely engaged, I don't even think about working out.I also try to lift twice a week in my home, but I hurt my shoulder two months ago and I haven't been able to lift much at all.I always try to stop at a grocery store instead of fast food.
