Doesn't matter to me what people are selling I love the funny stuff.One of the best commercials is the Dollar Shave Club commercial where the guy is in the drug store trying to buy razors & he gets punched after pressing the button on the counter.You should shoot both commercials & post them on BP for the members to vote for the best one.

I generally have a lease and a set of "house rules" to deal with parties, drugs, alcohol, etc.I guess in the end, treat them no differently than any other tenants.

BUT I like to sit down and have a beer with them and counsel them and explain why it is better for THEM if they move out, I tell them ïf they get out in X (3 for one who was doing drugs and 7 for the one not paying rent) amount of days I will forgive them of the debt and we can all still be friends...
