That means someone has hired an attorney to put together paperwork to satisfy the FTC for an offering like a Stock that is then offered to accredited investors.The investment is typically fixed for 5 years when the complex is resold for presumably a profit.

@Jerry Neven & @Abi Somorin I'm not sure how Cardone structures his deals, but if you qualify as accredited there are definitely more lucrative deals out there for you, you just have to do a bit of networking to find the right Sponsors.It's exactly like Lucas said, the deal is to find or get involved in, the higher the returns likely are.

your a prime candidate to invest in top shelf syndications.. keep making your dough.. invest with professionals.most require accredited investors which is I think 200k a year income for last 2 or 3 years or net worth of 1 mil excluding personal residence..

It's not an automatic "done deal" however.Unanimous consent is off the table in the Senate as Senator Ted Cruz isn't happy the House version of the bill omits a provision that allows 529 plan funds to be used for home school expenses.
