I was out of work most of that year and had my first encounters with the likes of Robert Allen, Dave del Dotto, Al Lowry, Tony Hoffman, and others who have gone beyond, gone away or just gone their own way.I also have a long history with public speaking.

I think a better way to look at it is to see how desirable the area is (i.e, how long the commute will be to NY, school system, etc).

If I go to NY and tell someone that I live in CA they say "oh my god, how could you live there with all of the earthquakes?"
