Looking to buy a investment property

I currently own a home that I used a va loan to buy in feb 14, so I have had it for a year I found a perfect 8 unit investment opportunity with 7 units already rents and they are asking 190k. My questions is since I purchased my home what are the chances of being able to purchase this investment via a bank or should I be looking into a private lender?
