Just checking to see if anyone else in the Omaha area is going to head to Nashville to the Biggerpockets conference in October.

One of the members lives in Nashville and the other two live in Northern Alabama.

This is more anecdotal rather than scientific so take with large grain of salt: I am currently trying to buy a SFR for myself in Nashville (will be a future rental after I occupy) well below price point you are trying to flip at.

@Jerry Nelson I'll be at the Bigger Pockets conference in Nashville in October.

In Nashville expect to pay all of your own closing costs and reserves, but, going further North to Clarksville, the Seller almost always contributes to the Buyer closing costs, up to 3% of the sale price, when we are not in peak buying periods. 

Any Nashville recommendations?

Would love to meet other investors in similar newbie shoes that would like to connect offline while in Nashville and share all the successes/mistakes we've made. 

Fast forward to today I get a call from a nice lady who rents her a house in East Nashville.
