I was wondering could someone recommend an investor friendly title company in Montgomery county/bucks county Pennsylvania?

Anyone you look at  $300 bucks is a drop in a bucket vs vacant room. 

It's not theoretically all that difficult to do yourself with a 60-buck trim coil from HD and some homemade shaping aids made out of clamps and dimensional lumber, but it's not a typical DIY thing.

Don't get a license to save a few bucks.

Maybe a Milwaukee, or Birmingham Al. 

The agents I have spoken to seem to be geared more towards just making a buck versus building a relationship that could go beyond this one transaction.

I still get phone calls from those cards and we stopped using them 4 years ago.If I was sitting in a cafe or in a line at the DMV and overheard any conversation about real estate or having to deal with a house I would introduce myself and give them a card.It's free, (Well twenty bucks), and IT WORKS!
