Family member assured me things were good on their end, but I am a little more risk adverse, and want to be sure things work out well for them in the long run because they've helped us in this venture and deserve to be rewarded for that.I grew up here also, and agree Rosewood is a great part of town that still has some good opportunities (unlike Shandon).

When I first started out I didn't need much space however as I grew (i.e. buying more cars to sell at a time) I needed more space.

I grew up in Sacramento and my family still lives there, so I have a connection to the place. 

I grew up in Bryan/College Station and also went to Texas A&M, so the B/CS area is what I know best and that is where my focus has been.
