5 acres...what to do?

Hi all-

I have 5 acres (mostly wooded) in a rural area down a dirt road. I grew up in this town and mortgaged property that was passed down to me. (Horrible idea, but I was 19 at the time.) However, I do not want to stay in this area so I am looking into what I can do with this property that now is a liability without having to sell it. Any ideas are appreciated!
