This morning the seller finally makes contact and wants out of contract because the note holder has offered him 5k cash to sign home back over to him.

It’s easy to see why people love pickups, given their utility, flatbed in the back, the higher profile while driving, and the convenient rifle holder attached to the rear window.

The tenants aren’t paying, so the landlords can’t pay, and so the lien holder can’t pay to those who back the loans, leaving trail of people affected due to gross nonpayment.

(or at the least listed as an occupant to protect your original lease holder). 

I’ve called the county office that handles the sale several times to get more info about wether the tax sale wipes out existing liens or if the county even notifies the lien holders, to no avail.
