Are you sticking to the Columbia area?

I just switched my locations on BP as I'm moving home to Columbia as I'm writing this. 

I've been researching Columbia, SC, and I'm ready to purchase an investment property there.

I do have a side by side duplex in Columbia heights..minutes from NE Mpls if that might work for you..I recently sold a duplex in NE. 25 Showings, multiple offers..Columbia heights gets is not as close to downtown as NE Mpls however, thinking long term, those RE values positioned in the right communities, should experience some significant gains over time.

I also have all my keyword's set up, so I keep checking on those posts as they come in.So a little about myself, I live in Columbia, South Carolina.

In Columbia, SC most of my clients can purchase a turnkey rental for 70K-90Kand a rehab around 40K-60K with ab 10K to 15K in reno.

The market has not fully re-bounded to the point that would make it a great market for flipping unless you are investing in Columbia County.

It's been half years now since I graduate from Columbia University with an engineering degree, my job now is more focus on marketing.I was thinking about starting with a rental properties (Duplex or Multifamily House) around my neighborhood in NY or nearby states, the market could be very tough for a newbie like me, everybody in BP community did a good job helping people with their investment.

I'm most familiar with Columbia, Ellicott City, Elkridge, College Park, Silver Spring, and Arbutus.
