Yes, reminds me of the 60s and people with CB radios, rag chewing over anything they could think of, ask a question and they'd get an answer, but then came the prognosticators posing hypothetical irrelevance for the sake of conversation jamming the frequencies with speculative outcomes of the unforeseen. 10-4 good buddy and 73's I'm out!

They get only the key to the deadbolt, the knob has no key and they cannot lock themselves out--saving them calling you to let them back in to their locked out unit.If the old frame is chewed up think about replacing the door and frame.

I've worked with my tenant that was having the problem and helped cleaned her pantry (, she said that her pantry was clean, as I was cleaning it, there was open bags of rice and pasta chewed through by the mice, which also jumped out at me, fun!).
