Did you focus on A/B neighboorhood and area or did you go for C/D neighborhood with lower income people where properties are cheaper, but tenant quality isn't as good?

Each unit rents for $1,000/month and while the home is a bit older (built in 1983) it's in a B-Grade suburban neighborhood with high demand.
