IMO these are way better than the oil futures funds, which are so vulnerable to contango that I think they were actually kind of a stupid idea. 

That is how vulnerable a female feels when boundaries are ignored.  

We decided the best course of action will be to work with them, if and when..........we do not have any deadbeat tenants and we have a few that may be vulnerable. 

Every age group is vulnerable and even strong fit people have landed in ICU.

AND here is the thing, when the "PC Police" come thru and rebrand it something like "Vulnerable Community (lets get real, wtf does that even mean????)

Personally, I like the way we do things, it’s a safety net not only for the most vulnerable, but also encourages risk taking because life can only be as bad as the provided safety net.

It creates some vulnerability and cultivates inspiration!

However, if you raise the asking price, you will be vulnerable to the appraisal.

What an entitled bunch of jerks who feel the need to waste my time in a manner which is illegal.Also, The marketing manner of those is eerily similar to unscrupulous individuals looking to scam vulnerable people out of their money… I wonder why they seem so similar.

IMHO, unemployment will remain low and interest rates will remain highish so we won’t have a recession—I’m an optimist :)I think another vulnerable group consist of commercial investors whose loan terms are coming up.
