Right now I should be ripping out moldy walls in our BRRRR 4-plex, but my son made the Little League All Stars Team so it will have to wait.

So I amazon-ed "real estate investing books" and David Greene's book on BRRRR investing came up. i looked at the one star reviews first and i didn't see anything about the book being inaccurate, out of date, or misleading so i bought the e-book and found BP.

We have 150 plus 5 star reviews  we stay full and for top dollar.I guess the big people who need a king find other occomodations. 

I'd rather spend that hour watching Dancing with the Stars!

Probably closer to $60.Either way, there are plenty of people that are not super stars that will do this.
