Taking care of the little things and making sure that your home’s entryway is inviting will make visitors feel welcome. 

They only move out and clean up the place (kicking and screaming) after the county or city has condemned where they live. 

(Yes, that’s right….you want at least half the park to be vacant when you purchase the property as that fact will kill the sellers price and ensure that you end up buying a screaming deal.)

Every area is different but we manage to catch visitors for every season whereas people with larger homes are usually only able to capitalize on the holidays and summer season.  

Now if you've managed to get it under contract for a HUGE discount over the MLS price and it's a screaming deal then I'll consider it, but that isn't typical.  

Couple of weeks ago, he was arguing with me so loud that neighbor called the police and he also made a racial comment while screaming at me.

Being negative about zero down deals or talking about how few and far between they may be doesn't exactly scream "i know i know ask me"(even though theyre standing there screaming they do with their pants unzipped ready to show you).

We are a destination location for weekly visitors because of all of the above.

Unless you can get a screaming, smoking deal on this house, it's probably not worth it.

Heroes Act is an example of taxation without representation cause the last time I checked there was no groundswell of landlords screaming for government to help tenants not pay them.
