As in having a tool in hand doing 50+% of the work themselves and hiring out a few trades (plumbing, HVAC, carpet, painting, basic demo help).I should also note I do not like my job and plan to leave in the next year.

If little to no electrical is in the way and no plumbing, should be just a labor issue for a demo person (which could be yourself at zero cost).

Make sure it has enough oomph and drilling mode.Battery sawsall is useless if you do demo, and the circular saw I quickly replaced with a corded one.Definitely get regular screwdrivers.

It solved the problem without a major demo and I think it shows that when buying rehab properties, that even buildings like this are definitely salvageable and worth consideration if the price is right.

I've even got a few that I have ruled out from the list of candidates that will still call and email trying to get me to run a demo.
