Get out there and hustle, time to do some ground and pound to get your name out there in the crowded marketplace.

When I served a 3-day notice after three days expired the police would not help remove the unwanted guest I was told that the notice should have been filed with the courts first.

That experience gives me a familiar feeling to the people who are calling to the demise of SF and California and pounding the table on smaller cities in other states that have no major local economies to speak off.Time will tell!!!

Beautiful it was...and also build on an old deck with 4X4s pounded into the ground as the footing, no foundation at all. 

He's disturbing the neighbors at night and when I asked him to please stop, he became much worse and actually pounded holes in the wall, I told him I was going to start the eviction process and he began screaming at  me and ended up busting out a basement window the following day.
