I showed in another thread the supply trend and price trend, it's very linear which is not normal but I guess for markets sub median home price it's okay.

Having said all that, if the area is large enough, the fence is in good shape, the owners seem responsible and your covered by insurance it could be a good opportunity to get a good long term tenant.

They’ll show you what they earned last year so you can get a sense of what to expect, but be sure to look at revenue/ occupancy trends over time to see if the market is trending down post-2021 (and give their totals a haircut for your own forward looking projections if so).

I am mainly interested in buy and hold or rent by room using BRRRR strategies... numbers do seem to work if you are creative and what is positive is although big capital organizations have come in to Spain to invest, regular small/medium investors that actually use experienced info, strategies and network/community is not trending or arrived so strong as in overseas.Cheers!

Again the tree was in such horrible shape that I didn't want to risk it falling by having someone who didn't know what they were doing trying to cut it down.

I'm going to have to check out Pickelball soon, I used to really like playing tennis growing up but currently way too out of shape for that much running so Pickelball sounds pretty interesting!
