Republicans vote on Nov. 9th....Yes, I know, and you and I can agree to disagree, my gut feeling, overall will be to stay on the track we are, it is slow but deregulation, increasing military spending, reducing taxes, doing away with programs (vs mofifications) and doing away with health issues just isn't the way I see things.

I then get to enjoy the benefits of that relationship far into the future, thus reducing my efforts, frustration and stress.Of course, being "a dick" can also get you what you want, but it generally breeds frustration, requires you to continually work to build more relationships because you're constantly destroying the ones you have and causes stress that will ultimately lead to health problems and a reduced life span.Given that I dislike frustration, I'm lazy (as you pointed out earlier in the thread) and I want to live a long time, I tend to go the nice route...at least much of the time. But to each his own...GA for me is a far different playground that doesn't produce nearly the same results.

There are times that we do take out loans for larger projects or bring in partners for projects, but even then do our best to keep it under 10%.I see some big changes that will be coming after the next election and I don't want to hit bottom. Our current president got voted for by some because they would get a free cell phone, they would no longer have to pay for gas, they would get free health care, and so on.

If your going to rent it even worse you renter will not be happy living above what seems like a toxic chemical dump. they ll call the health department and boy your troubles are just starting now you don't want them finding a hazardous wasteland under the house get in there now while its easy to access plus it will just build up and you ll have rats the size of small dogs under your house and it can cause foundation problems. your better of not selling this problem to someone else you may end up in court if they see chemicals they ll know you knew about it sometimes(most times) there is no shortcut you ll have to rework your budget to accept this.
