The ability to pre-cast textures, openings, etc seems like a great benefit, but your points likely outweigh those.

Given that the Jets beat the Sharks 4-1, I can understand that they don't like Winnipeg.

I started rehabbing (removed trim around windows and base boards in living/dining room because they had been sprayed with texture, kitchen cabinets being torn out, doors taken off, walls were being skim coated, etc.), so with the exception of the loft area where my bedroom is, the place was a total mess.

Each of my VRs has different brands in them; my personal favorite for use/texture has been the Royal Velvet Signature Soft towels from JC Penney.  

I'd place a strip of mesh tape over each crack, a thin layer of mud, and then finish off with popcorn texture.

Another tip, if you like how it looks, going with a textured surface helps hide some of the scratches that your tenants will inevitably cause. 

But it only points out to the different wall texture and states that it looks like an addition.

Keep in mind landlords fail all the time.. that's were the sharper landlords pick up their deals.. from failed landlords.so unless you really know what you want and are committed as a team Your wife is best left doing what she wants.and there is nothing wrong with stopping to smell the roses along the way.you don't want to be a miser and then have a bad life event and never have had any cool life experiences.. to me those are as important as investing.. we live in the Jet age.. if we don't partake in it.. seems kind of sad.what used to be the province of multi millionaires anyone can fly across the world for under 1000 dollars and get those cool cultural experiences.. so just a little different perspective than all the posts that say she is nuts and you got to talk her into it one way or the other.
