Keep in mind landlords fail all the time.. that's were the sharper landlords pick up their deals.. from failed landlords.so unless you really know what you want and are committed as a team Your wife is best left doing what she wants.and there is nothing wrong with stopping to smell the roses along the way.you don't want to be a miser and then have a bad life event and never have had any cool life experiences.. to me those are as important as investing.. we live in the Jet age.. if we don't partake in it.. seems kind of sad.what used to be the province of multi millionaires anyone can fly across the world for under 1000 dollars and get those cool cultural experiences.. so just a little different perspective than all the posts that say she is nuts and you got to talk her into it one way or the other.Â
