If a doorknob breaks or a tree branch falls on the roof or the fence blows over, I really don't need to ask because I know the Landlord will want to fix those things (and needs to, according to my contract).What you really need to do is carefully read the PM agreement to see if they are tacking on additional fees, marking up maintenance, etc.

Any overhanging trees?

Looking to build an ADU on our 5 acre parcel in Joshua Tree, CA. 

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Joshua Tree.

On my primary property the pipes do need to be replace and trees need to be cleared.

I'm looking at buying a rental home in houston, but i can see there's a crack near the front right side because of a tree that is right by the house.

The lot is valued anywhere from 75k-200k, and has no septic permit, water well or tree clearing.

I don’t know what a “tree house type rental” is, or why it’s so expensive.

Now, I survive with the help of cotton in my ear, hot teas on my throat, and gardening books after work.
