So where most will shun away, because they want the light or lipstick properties, I am more aggressive with my rehabs/restructuring of flips.So my method will most likely come from distressed properties such as pre-foreclosures or in Auction status.I have had a free account with MHD for quite a while, but again, different strokes for different folks.In the meantime, I will still use their services, but will always be cautious with anyone who brings any deal, proven or not.

in reality the reason folks invest with syndicators is not to have to do any work other than stroke a check. none of the Limited's participate in the deal.. so your saying none of the limited will get the bonus deprecation that the sponsor is doing with cost seg ???

As stated in an earlier post, the corporate website was of little assistance - I found broad strokes of areas to be discussed, but still have been unable to find a detailed curriculum or course syllabus.As has been stated here numerous times by those who know, Renatus is taught by known, verifiable, successful investors who make their livings investing in the fields in which they teach, it offers a wide variety of real estate investing classes and it offers both local support communities that create a synergy that isn't found anywhere else (including BP) and a national network of investors who bring much bigger possibilities to the table.

That not be a number that will work for you so once again, you will be wasting your time pursuing this.If by some amazing stroke of luck it has been through probate and the property can be sold, you need the family to get together and pick one person to be in charge, and all the others give POA to the family leader.
