Finding a bunch of garbage "deals" and spamming a list of cash buyers might work once in awhile, but again you aren't going to have repeat success with this method.

Unfortunately, it seems that my email server mistakenly flagged it as spam, resulting in my inability to locate it until now.Nevertheless, I am genuinely interested in connecting with you and delving deeper into the intriguing concept of shared ownership of real estate, as well as gaining a comprehensive understanding of its mechanics and functionalities.

I tried zumper but had several problems in the past with listings so i stopped using them. apartments.com from what i read they sell your info and your get lots of spam emails but havent tried it yet so cant say if its true or not.I have been doing this for the past 15 or so years and craigslist was the go to, but times change and i need to adjust to the times. in the past 5 years craigslist has slowed down and i dont get as many inquiries so i am trying other sites but none seem to be worth it. i dont think its my listing as i have decent (not professional) pictures, the price is not too low that i attract low income and not too high that majority cant afford. im priced right in the middle for my area compared to other listings. the description lists the property info, pets allowed, drive time to shopping centers etc. basically i get better quality tenants from craigslist, but very little applicants.

I tried looking up online but tired of tons of details to fill and then tons of spam calls on phone...what do you suggest about the best way to find trustworthy agent or good insurance company. or if you can refer anyone I can dm you.

If you are confident in your numbers I'd see if the sellers have any flexibility and spam offers to the ones that work.
