Golf courses are a loss leader or amenity only for hotels and resorts these days.

Hotels/Resorts have historically taken a large hit during economic decline, BUT do Vacation Rentals get lumped in with hotels OR do they offer a cheaper alternative and continue steady?

Make sure you are looking Specifically in area that is zoned for STR these will mostly be in Osceola county in resort community’s.

Booming and diverse: tech, mining, oil refineries, ski industry, universities, hospitals, and low taxes.

I looked into the more northern ski towns but they are out of my budget.

Once the numbers look nice, the sky's the limit.

I am skiing in Lake Tahoe this weekend, and my Airbnb rental (great location) is the cheapest I have ever got.
