An agent shoveling just on-market, there just plain wrong.

My best mentors have turned out to be my contractor, who started out as my handyman 18-20 years ago shoveling snow for me, and is now my go to for everything, and my Realtor who I’ve worked with for about 26 years now.

When I was a kid I shoveled driveways in the winter for $$.

What we've discovered is that properties (in central FL) are going under contract within a week of being listed.

—Figure out who will take out your trash and shovel snow.  

Account Closed   I did not see that one that one looks like its out of a Terminator movie.the one I was in was more of a shovel machine with a singular bucket but it was monster bid.. the cab of it was like being in a house it had to be 1500 sq ft at least..!!

It seems like that population has basically flared out, it has only lost about 4K in two years.

IE Do not ask to "pick their brain" rather take them to lunch and/or offer to help with shoveling snow, hauling unwanted items, etc.

Could be lunch, drinks, shovels, gloves or dinner.  

A friend of my wife told her, they were so happy to have sold their 3 duplxes, because they had to go there and shovel snow at 4am and mow the lawn in the summer every weekend while their friends are out boating on the lake.
