Sometimes the highlighted area doesn't make a whole lot of sense so I reread the sentences before and after to get a better idea of why I highlighted the lines and then I write my notes. 

@Matt George, "mom & pop" and $50M don't usually belong to the same sentence :-) I know two or three people who have $50+ portfolios but they are in their 40ies and own not just the properties but also management companies that manage those properties and also engage in the day-to-day operations of the said companies.

That to me is a prison sentence that I'm trying to escape now.

I would never have thought about it, but feel it's more of a gap filler in a sentence.

These two sentences probably have 5 different codes that need to be met before concluding the deduction.

You say suburbs and states in the same sentence.- I still like REI and want to diversity internationally.

Just searching in youtube re lease optoins, lease option to sell a property,  wholesaling lease options you'll find good trainers that I have bought all these guys stuff just to disect and look for one sentence here and there that is a new tip;  Joe McCall, Joe Bodeck, Joe Crump, John Jackson, and others on youtube.
