I want to focus on a particular segment of the housing market data this month which is Active Listings.

These are very old, well established, I would say "uber" established industry segments, and it was that very principle that facilitated eithers success actually, as all Uber and AirBnB did was introduce a new WAY in which to perform this long standing, well established business segment. 

The data mining software only selects properties that meet our target tenant pool segment's housing characteristics (property type, configuration, location, and rent range).

@Scott Trench I would suggest to add a feature where people actually ask for these things, and also even segment it by region which will be even better and organized too.

For the near-term, I've changed my strategy to focus on the mid-level price range as that segment of the market is what remains most active from my observation. 

I dont mind paying for a service but the entaglement within this segment is quite real.

I would really like to learn more about this segment, so most of my time on BiggerPockets is spent trying to learn more about acquiring multifamily through partnerships/syndication.

Agents and investors both, and very knowledgable on that market segment....
