Instead she just talked to them and got a verbal extra day, not 4 days formally as requested, which pushes me to close when I am not logistically able.But that's on top of extremely rude behaviour, screaming and calling me names on the phone because I keep requesting to have certain information before I can go ahead and proceed with closing - I needed to confirm on. match with a certain criteria.

That said, If value really is there and you got a screaming deal with that much equity, you still might need to do this in steps - that is, take a bridge to perm loan, to get your investors back, and then once seasoned long enough, you refinance.
