While great colleges do have recruiters, they don't pay past students to recruit new students, they don't have a sales force, they aren't heavily involved in marketing where half their energy is in marketing the school, when you see such educational systems that are on the heavy side of marketing, that should tell you something.

The whole point of  getting into the rental property business is to get paid and not to delude myself into thinking I am there  to  lord it over the people I rent to especially when I am being paid to provide a service.So for me the time to enforce the limited remedies in a lease is when I no longer believe the tenant is able or willing to pay the rent.I strategize on recruiting long term tenants.

sorry I just realized what faux news is, being Canadian I took the translation literally as "false news" or "fake news"I was just joking about how Obama supporters were recruited, and lined up chanting his name, but many of them when they are interviewed either don't know anything about politics, or support republican viewpoints (as per videos I posted).

You may have been led to believe success in real estate wholesaling is obtainable immediately "without cash, credit or experience" by the late night infomercials, guru ads disquised as books and deception of people whose business model relies on recruiting newbies and wannabies, but such is not the case.
