Winning bidder then stands by until the crier is done then the 2 to 4 people that bought property that day from the crier go into the coffee shop or other local sit down place and the crier fills out a receipt for your funds which includes your vesting .. you hand over your Cashiers check and your done.. the only way you get your cashiers check back is if the owner filed a VERY late last second BK or some other problem with the sale.. 

I am curious to learn what you may have found out about the various sits since then.

You also have Epic Universe opening in 2025, which means we are sitting on a gold mine.

But if you would like to generate a ton more cash flow, then leverage your way to generational wealth with all that equity you have sitting there doing nothing for you.

Because to me if I have to do that, I may as well give up on all this altogether as a failure and go back and sit in an office cube until death, lol.

And if that entitlement is tied up with someone else that's sitting pretty at 2.25%, you must assume it'll never be refinanced or paid off, so that's it for your lifetime VA loan entitlement.
