I know I just ratified a transaction where I was selling a new build ( not yet built) and the broker representing the buyer had a very high buyers broker agreement that simply does not work for builders and what we have to do to manage the process.

I would like to house hack a property in the city or perhaps just outside the city instead of paying thousands of dollars paying rent with nothing to show for at the end of the year.That being said, is house hacking possible in New York City, and if so, do you have any advice on how to go about the process?

There is no mention that there are different templates for each state or anything like that.Second, the process he is describing is not even legal in some states, including Pennsylvania, where I live.

@Nik Farooqui You are correct in that GC licensing is never a requirement but it is more of a "silent factor" that can make a lender more comfortable lending hard money and thus the approval and loan process easier.
