B can cost $30-$50k to setup and furnish from scratch.

I have setup the $59 for $1500.

I know I want to buy more properties in the next couple years but for my first one, how can I setup an LLC for the best asset protection?

One other tip is to let your listings expire and re-list that makes them not appear as 'aged and stale' - power users will check history and notice but you may get the attention of some and those that have recently setup alerts.  

We don't require a contract for each door unless it is set up as a condo. 1 months' rent is a little steep but it will depend on the local commission structure.

To separate your inherited funds, set up the LLC using only money from your inherited trust and open a dedicated bank account.
