I need to be more patient in finding deals rather than just jumping on the first few deals that seem like a good opportunity.

Don't get me wrong, I know deals are still out there, you just have to be patient and look harder. 

You have time to be patient before rushing into something you aren't ready to handle.

It's hard to say without seeing all the details but it sounds like your place is nice and you just need to be patient.

Continue to educate yourself, stay patient and jump on the right opportunities when they come.

Be patient and remember that your partners are also interested in getting to the finish line just like you.

The Hospital was asking for a CoronaVirus Test earlier, but the CDC in the US has only done 500 test to date, takes 1-3 days to process (since it has to be flown back to CDC Atlanta) and would not do one initially since the patient did not meet the guidelines as prime infectee.
