I am doing my due diligence on a property that i am interested in making an offer on, but am a bit confused on the information provided.Details:  Satisfaction of Mortgage .....11/9/11              Subordination of Mortgage....1/26/12Not sure what this means.

There aren't a lot of them, and you have to be patient, but they do exist.  

(Just ask my very patient real estate agent at the time.)

I am being patient tho.

The names can sometimes be slow to appear, especially when there is a lot of BP traffic, so be patient.

I will consider moving with investing to far state like floridaLike i sad before i would love to start here in Jersey ,but everything is so expensive and i am not saying there is no deals .I am sure there areI think i just need to hold my excitement  and try to be more patient with finding them.Have a great day everyone!
